§ Mr. Ron Lewisasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what representations have been made recently to him by the Carlisle City Council for permission to proceed with the erection of New Public Baths for the City of Carlisle; and what reply he has sent.
§ Mr. SkeffingtonMy right hon. Friend has had no recent representations from the Council. I understand that they have decided to resite the baths and that a considerable amount of preparatory work still has to be done.
