§ Mr. J. P. W. MallalieuOperators can, of course, make what applications they wish. But they will, I hope, take note of the Government's recent statement as to the rôles of these airports, which reflects the views of both Glasgow Corporation and the B.A.A., and frame their applications accordingly.
