§ Mrs. CastleWithin the next two months I hope to publish, as a basis for discussion and consultation, a memorandum setting out the lines of a possible future policy for speed limits. When I have received the comments of interested organisations on this, I will arrange a series of discussions of any outstanding points of difference. I hope to reach final decisions during the Summer.
