§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will direct the National Board for Prices and Incomes to examine the reasons why the Daily Mirror increased the price of their newspaper by 25 per cent. from 31st January, 1968, to compensate for the rise in the price of newsprint, which becomes operative in March, 1968, whilst most other daily newspapers are not increasing the price of their papers until March, 1968.
