§ Mr. Harold WalkerWith the agreement of my right hon. Friend the Minister of Public Building and Works I do not propose to answer the first part of the Question as the cost in staff time of attempting to make an accurate assessment would in our joint view, be excessive. However, no overall increase in expenditure is involved as the cost of re-signwriting will be borne on the normal maintenance Vote of the Ministry of Public Building and Works. As to new stationery, I am advised by Her Majesty's Stationery Office that the cost has amounted so far to only £128 and that the cost of overprinting on envelopes may bring the total cost to about £1,000.
