Rowlandsasked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity whether she will now seek to establish, arising from her consultations with the Confederation of British Industry and the Trades Union Congress a code of conduct for the closure of factories resulting from rationalisation and reorganisation.
§ Mr. HattersleyA booklet prepared in the light of these consultations and approved by the National Joint Advisory Council will shortly be published.
