asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he has received the Report of the Monopolies Commission on Men's Haircutting Services.

Mr. Dell

My right hon. Friend has received the Report and it was published this morning.

The Commission found that monopoly conditions do not prevail in relation to either the United Kingdom as a whole or any substantial part thereof and it thus had no further function to perform under the reference.
