Mrs. Joyce Butterasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will invite qualified inspectors to visit Porton periodically to ensure that all animal experiments in that establishment comply with the requirements of the Cruelty to Animals Act, 1876. and are thus in line with other experimental establishments.
