§ 71. Mr. Bruce-Gardyneasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will initiate discussions with the General Teaching Council in order to ensure that teachers of Scottish origin who complete a teacher training course with the assistance of a grant from his Department, and who are qualified to teach in England, are not debarred from teaching in Scotland.
