Mr. Edward M. Taylorasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he is aware that the Estimates Memorandum for 1968–69, Command Paper No. 3583, contains an error of approximately £133,430,000 in the figure of the Defence Estimates for the year 1964–65; and if, 303W in view of the substantial amounts being expended by the Government and the need to avoid confusion at home and abroad, he will take steps to ensure that the sums which he publishes are correct.
