§ Mrs. Gwyneth DunwoodySince the introduction of investment grants on 19th August, 1966, five industrial development certificate applications have been approved in the Nelson and Colne employment exchange area. Of these, four were approved since the introduction of the Regional Employment Premium on 4th September, 1967. No applications were refused in these periods.
