I am very glad to inform the House that Lord Beeching, who is at present serving as Chairman of the Royal Commission on Assizes and Quarter Sessions, has accepted my invitation to lead the Mission on this important inquiry; and Lord Delacourt-Smith has agreed to be the other member.
