§ Dr. Dickson MabonExpenditure on all new construction and improvement this year is currently estimated at £ 37.8 million, which represents increases of 18.9 per cent. and 1.3 per cent. over the amounts estimated for 1966–67 and 1967–68 respectively. Expenditure on the trunk road programme is expected to be 11.5 per cent. higher this year than last.
