§ Mr. Roseasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he will call a meeting of local authorities and the National Coal Board to discuss the tenancy of houses on the Mostar Estate, Manchester, owned by the National Coal Board.
§ Mr. MacCollI understand that the Manchester City Council, in whose area the estate lies, are already discussing the future of these houses with the National Coal Board.
§ Mr. Roseasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what arrangements currently exist between his Department, local authorities and the National Coal Board in respect of the National Coal Board estate, Mostar, Manchester.
§ Mr. MacCollThe Department pay the annual subsidy for these houses to the Manchester City Council. They pass it on to the Coal Industry Housing Association, who lease the houses to the National Coal Board.
