§ Mr. Dempseyasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what date he has approved for the start of the new old folks' home at Airdrie; and what is the nature of the accommodation to be provided and the estimated cost of the project.
§ Mr. RossI do not approve starting dates for schemes of this kind. The project is at present with the local authority which expects to have revised plans completed within the next three months. The home will contain 40 places, and the estimated cost, as approved in May, 1966,was £100,360.
