§ 100. Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make a statement on the discussions he is holding concerning housing finance in the public sector and the present housing subsidies; and if, in order to prevent additional rent increases and cuts in council house building, he will give an assurance that there will be no alteration in the provision of 4 per cent. loans as provided in the Housing Subsidies Act, 1967.
