asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (1) what percentage of the receipts of farmers in England is represented by subsidies;

(2) what percentage of the total receipts of Welsh farmers is represented by subsidies.

The relevant statistics are not compiled in a way which enables me to provide a breakdown of this kind for England and for Wales.
