§ Mr. Onslowasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will, in the interests of economy, direct the Home Grown Cereals Authority to confine the free distribution of their publication, Ceres, to persons who can reasonably be expected to have a direct interest in agricultural matters.
