§ Mr. Stonehouse:There are in existence a number of major projects which involve technological collaboration between the United Kingdom and France, either as part of a bilateral arrangement or as members of a multilateral group. (A notable example of the former arrange- 258W ment is, of course. Concorde). During the past months no new proposals specifically for scientific and technological cooperation have been received by H.M.G. from the French Government.
