§ Mr. HealeyThe Answer to the first part of the Question is None. Whilst serving British officers remain subject to the provisions of Queen's Regulations so far as matters of discipline are concerned, those who hold appointments within the integrated military structure of N.A.T.O. are at the same time responsible to their immediate N.A.T.O. superior officer, and ultimately to the North Atlantic Council, for the discharge of their responsibilities.
