§ Mr. Benn:The National Research Development Corporation is prepared to consider applications for licences to use hovercraft patents from any firm or organisation with suitable technical and financial resources.
My Department is also prepared to discuss with manufacturers how they might assist them to undertake hovercraft or hydrofoil production.
