§ Mr. Gordon WalkerThe withdrawal of the allocation for raising the school leaving age for the years 1968–69 and 1969–70, and the addition of £8 million to the programme for each of these years have made it necessary for me to ask local education authorities to review their proposals for starting projects in these years. It is likely to be several months before I reach decisions about projects, including this one, which might start in 1969–70.
