§ Mr. John Fraserasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT the names of those Members appointed by Her Majesty's Government to attend meetings of the North Atlantic Assembly.
§ Mr. MulleyThe North Atlantic Assembly is an unofficial body. The members of the delegation are therefore not appointed by Her Majesty's Government but by Mr. Speaker and my right hon. and noble Friend the Lord Chancellor after consultation through the usual channels.
