§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Prime Minister what progress has been made in appointing the Committee under Mr. J. F. Mallabar which is to examine whether the existir g organisation and systems of control and accountability of large-scale establishments in the Ministries of Defence and Technology, engaged in production, offer impediments to the achievement of full efficiency, and to recommend how such impediments should be removed.
