(2) if he will refer to the Highlands and Islands Development Board the Lochaber Study, published by the Scottish Council, Development and Industry, a copy of which has been sent to him, with a view to safeguarding the employment position in Lochaber in the 1970's.

§ Mr. RossNot specifically, but the employment situation in the area is kept under review by the Highlands and Islands Development Board, which in its second report referred to the need in this area for a wider spread of industry, to provide jobs for women and the growing number of school-leavers.
