Mr. Bob BrownA draft Scheme for the route of the M11 from Stump Cross to its terminal connections with the A406 and the A12, and proposals for the treatment of the side roads affected were published on 4th December. It is hoped that construction will start in 1971, depending on the completion of the statutory processes and acquisition of land.
