§ Mr. BennThe House is aware that my right hon. Friend the Minister of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office and I met Dutch and German Ministers 157W at The Hague on 25th November and discussed recent developments in gas-centrifuge technology and the possibilities of collaborative arrangements. We agreed ad referendum to our Governments certain basic principles on which we might co-operate. The Government are now studying these in preparation for a second Ministerial meeting, in London early in the New Year.
