§ 86. Mr. Worsleyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what steps he is taking to ensure that the statistics provided by the 1971 census include reliable information about the extent and nature of disablement in the community.
§ Mr. SnowI do not think that the Census of Population is an appropriate instrument for collecting such information, but my right hon. Friend expects to obtain it next year from the survey at present being carried out by the Government Social Survey.
