§ Mrs. Ewingasked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many persons were released on detention centre, Borstal, and young offenders institution after care licences in Scotland in 1967; how many of these were recalled to their respective institutions for failing to comply with the terms and conditions of their licences; and how many were recalled to their respective institutions by order of the courts consequent upon their conviction for a further offence or offences.
