§ Mr. GreenwoodThe objects of the proposals in paragraph 34 of the White Paper are to ensure that a house which has been improved to the full standard without a grant, and is in good repair, will be treated in the same way as one which has had the benefit of a grant and that there is sufficient rent to ensure that it is kept in good repair.
