asked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Affairs what are the present rates of excise on tobacco, wines and spirits in Gibraltar.

There are no excise duties on tobacco, wines or spirits in Gibraltar.

Import duties, however, are chargeable on these commodities as follows:
