§ Mr. Richard Wainwrightasked the Minister of Transport whether, in the light of experience on motorways in high winds, he will reconsider the present designs for the Lancashire-Yorkshire Motorway across Deanhead Dam, Scammonden, to ensure that vehicles will not be blown over the dam.
