§ Mr. Denis HowellThe report on water sports was prepared on behalf of the 237W North Regional Planning Committee and the Northern Advisory Council for Sport and Recreation by the Planning Department of Durham County Council; that on golf facilities by the Planning Department of Northumberland County Council. The cost of printing has been borne initially by the authorities concerned but I understand that it is hoped to cover this by the sale of copies.
