§ Mr. SwinglerResponsibility for the road between Harewood Bridge and Pool-in-Wharfedale (A659) lies with the West Riding County Council, as highway authority, and they have not submitted any proposals for its improvement. A traffic census was last taken by the Council in 1963; we are not aware of any significant increase since then of heavy traffic using this road.
