§ Mrs. Renée Shortasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many of the preventive detainees to be released on 1st April would have been released in any case as they are within six months of the end of their sentence.
§ Mr. CallaghanAs I explained to my hon. Friend in my reply to her Question on 20th March, a number of these cases are still under consideration. I will include these particulars with the information which I have already promised to send her.
