§ Mr. Roy JenkinsResearch into these matters has already been initiated by the Television Research Committee, under the chairmanship of Mr. T. A. F. Noble, Vice-Chancellor of Leicester University. The Committee's terms of reference cover the way in which young people are influenced by television and other media.
