§ Mr. MulleyThe Co-Chairmen of the Eighteen Nation Disarmament Committee in Geneva, the United States and the Soviet Union, tabled agreed texts of a non-proliferation treaty on 24th August. We played our part in helping to achieve this, and are continuing to do so in the current negotiations.
