§ Sir J. Langford-Holtasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in view of the need for a national campaign to persuade the public to buy homegrown food, and of the fact that it is not sufficient to leave the promotion of such a campaign to the various interested bodies, whether he will take the initiative in promoting it.
§ Mr. PeartI think that the initiative should remain with the interested bodies, such as the Marketing Boards, the National Milk Publicity Council, the Apple and Pear Development Council, and the British Farm Produce Council, whose efforts I welcome.
