§ 44. Mr. Sharplesasked the Minister or Housing and Local Government what consultations took place with the Greater London Council with regard to the amendment of the Greater London Development Plan before he came to his decision on the site of the British Museum Library.
§ Mr. MacDermotIt was for the Government to decide first whether the site still wanted for the library.
Discussions with the local planning authorities about the future of the site, in the light of the Government's decision, will be held shortly.
