Mr. Sandysasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if he will give an estimate, by countries, of the number of persons of non-European stock who are living outside the United Kingdom, and who hold or are eligible to hold United Kingdom passports which would entitle them to enter the United Kingdom without immigration control.
