§ Mr. Edward ShortAdvertisements and special entries in classified directories have been handled since 1966 by Thomson Directories Ltd., who secured the contract after competitive tender. The160W contractor has discretion to determine the charges, and retains an agreed percentage as commission. The rates vary according to the directory and its circulation, and I will send particulars to the hon. Gentleman if he will let me know those in which he is interested.
