§ Mr. John MorrisMy right hon. Friend asked for the Council's comments on the Railway Board's intention to publish this proposal on 2nd May, 1966, and these were sent to her on 8th June, 1966. After publication, my right hon. Friend again consulted the Council on 29th June, 1967, and she received their final advice on 4th August, 1967.

§ Mr. John MorrisMy right hon. Friend is still considering this important proposal in the light of the report made to her by the Transport Users Consultative Committee and the advice she has received from the Economic Planning Council.
