asked the Minister of Transport how many drivers of cars or riders of motor bicycles involved in fatal or serious accidents in the 12 months to the last convenient date were reported to be going too fast, to be learners, to be affected by alcohol or to be ill, fatigued or physically affected; and what is the percentage of drivers of each category involved in the total number of accidents.
