§ 76 Mr. Haleasked the Secretary of State for Defence what is the form of the regulation referred to in the letter of 1st August 1967 from the Under-Secretary of State for the Army to the honourable Member for Oldham, West, under which a soldier who has been banned from obtaining his discharge from age of 18 to 21 years of age can have his application for discharge deferred for a further 12 months when his unit is warned for overseas service; when the regulation was made; and where it was published.
