§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if, with regard to the Farm Amalgamations and Boundary Adjustments Scheme, 1967, he will give an assurance that, in exercising his discretion under paragraph 4 thereof, he will in all possible cases give priority to the amalgamation of an uncommercial unit with a small rather than a big farm.
