§ Mr. RossNo. The advice of the Water Resources Board was that, as far as water conservation was concerned, further study of the Morecambe Bay project should be given priority over Solway. It is recognised that a feasibility study of the Solway project may be required in the light of a programme of large scale growth in the area, but I see no case for further study at the present time.
