Mr. Ted Fletcherasked the President of the Board of Trade, whether he has received the communication from the Northern Economic Marine Council informing him that the conditions regarding co-operation between Newcastle and Teesside airports have been met, and recommending that the grant to Teesside airport of £150,000 should be paid; and what reply he has sent to the Council.
