§ Mr. ShoreMy right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade described to the House on 20th March the measures being taken by the Government in relation to the Cotton Textile Industry. These include a liberal administration of the industrial development certificate control in the areas affected. In considering these problems, the Government have had advice from the North West Economic Planning Council.
