§ Mr. HattersleyUp to 21st March, 1967, there had been 779 appeals under these and the corresponding Regulations for Scotland, of which 195 had been decided in favour of the Minister concerned, 71 decided against him, and 89 withdrawn before hearing. 424 were outstanding.
