§ Mr. DiamondIn 1965–66 the total of the Budget Estimates was 8.9 per cent, higher, at current prices, than the total for 1964–65; at constant prices the increase was 5.0 per cent. The corresponding figures for 1966–67, after allowing for changes in classification, were 7.3 per cent, and 1.8 per cent, respectively.
